Greetings Titan family,
Thank you to everyone who attended this morning’s Veterans Day event. I specifically want to thank Mrs. Wicks and Mrs. Henderson for their efforts. It was a great display of respect and the students did a fantastic job. Well done!
Here are some other important items for the week.
Book Fair Week and Grandparents/Special Friends Day (November 14-18)
The week of November 14 is a special week for us at HTES. Specifically, we host our Book Fair and Grandparents/Special Friends Day.
Book Fair runs from Monday, November 14 – Friday, November 18. Days/times for visiting the Book Fair are:
- Monday – Thursday: 7:45 – 8:30 am and 2:45 – 3:30 pm
- Friday: 7:45 – 10:00 am
Friday, November 18 is our Grandparents/Special Friends Day. Details will be shared soon. However, there is a morning presentation and show with performances being prepared by all grades. This show will begin around 8:20 am. It is also a chance for grandparents or special friends to see the campus and visit classes.
The 22nd Annual HTES Food Drive!
Since our founding, one of our annual service projects is the November Food Drive. This year, we are holding our drive until November 18th. All items collected will be donated to an area food bank.
All donations should be non-expired non-perishable foods. Examples include: canned goods, rice, pasta, dry beans, boxes of mac and cheese, and condiments.
Admissions Open House
We are hosting an Open House for prospective families on Monday, November 28 from 6:00 – 7:30 pm. Please help us spread the word by encouraging your friends, colleagues, and neighbors who may have an interest in our school to join us on November 28.
Titan Academy
We will NOT have Titan Academy enrichments or after school care on the following dates.
- Friday, November 18, 2022
- Thursday, December 15, 2022
