Greetings Titan family,
Earlier this week, we officially opened the 2023-2024 admissions season with an Open House on October 24. However, our admissions planning is not solely focused on new families. Retaining and helping current families re-enroll is a critical piece to our school’s health and growth. This past year, we had a record breaking percentage of families re-enroll, and we are looking forward to matching that again this year. That is why I want to share some items related to re-enrolment now to allow you to begin planning.
Re-enrollment will take place in February, as usual. This year, we are also anticipating full enrollment in 3K, 4K, Kindergarten, and 1st grade. Therefore, it will be very important to re-enroll on time in order to secure your child’s place in class. Based on last year and interest we are already getting, any spots not taken by re-enrollment will be filled with new families in March. This has an effect on families applying for tuition assistance, too.
We are working to have the 2023-2024 tuition assistance application ready for mid-January. Tuition assistance applications will be due (for both returning and new families) by mid-February. Returning families will be given priority during the re-enrollment period.

Fall Festival
One week from tomorrow (Saturday, November 5) we will host the 2022 Fall Festival from 11am – 3pm. This is a very important event for the school as both a “friend-raiser” and a “fundraiser.” Proceeds from the event go directly towards supporting our teachers and tuition assistance.
Attending the Fall Festival is a highlight of every student’s experience!

Monday, October 31
As a reminder, Monday is a regular school uniform day. Please do not send students to school in Halloween costumes on Monday.
