Greetings Titan family,

Fall is here. The beginning of October brings a three-month period of events and activities on campus. This week’s message intends to help you plan for the coming weeks. As always, if we can help in any way, please let us know. Now, here are some important items for this week.

Please note that boots (including rain boots) are not part of the uniform. Clean athletic shoes are the required footwear. This is for the purposes of safety and functionality. Please do not send your child to school in boots unless the day has a special dress provision that could include boots.

Medication and Required Forms

All medication (prescription or not) must be checked in at the front desk with Mrs. Davis. Medication needs to be in the original container with a note from the parent regarding dispensation. Students are not allowed to self-medicate and carry medicine around campus. This is a safety procedure to minimize the chances of someone accidentally taking medicine incorrectly. Related to medication, all required forms and records are due to the office. If you are unsure if you still need to turn in such items, please contact Mrs. Davis or Mr. Waller.

Amazon Partners

Holy Trinity is listed as an entity you can support through your Amazon purchases. Please consider linking HTES to your purchases to help support our school.

Individual School Pictures

Tuesday, October 5 is individual pictures day. Please come dressed in Chapel uniform.

Pet Blessing Day

Wednesday, October 6 is Pet Blessing Day. We will begin at 8:30am in the space between the school and the playground. Please note the following guidelines:

  • One pet per student, please.
  • Pets must be properly leashed, caged, or in a carrier. No loose pets.
  • We will be in close quarters. All participants are required to wear a mask.
  • Pets cannot stay at school. Once the event ends, the peets need to go home.
  • Please be prepared to clean up after your pet, even on the grass by the playground.
  • If your student does not have a pet, he/she can bring a favorite item/stuffed animal/picture of a pet they want.

Spirit Items

Our Fall/Winter Spirit Item Campaign is now open. Please click here to visit our campaign page and place your order. The campaign lasts until October 12. All purchases go towards supporting the school.

End of the Quarter

The first quarter ends on Friday, October 15. School is closed October 15 and 18 for Fall Break. The second quarter starts on October 19. Families will be notified when report cards are ready. They will be available via the Family Portal on RenWeb. If you wish to schedule a parent conference, teachers will be available to schedule video conferences beginning October 19.

Red Ribbon Week/Halloween Festivities

The week of October 25 is going to be our Red Ribbon Week. We will be promoting healthy choices and friendship. The week ends with our Halloween festivities (tables n’ treats, class paties, etc.) on Friday, October 29. Details about this day are coming soon.

Thank you for your support and partnership.

It’s a great time to be a Titan,
